Senior Communications Specialist

Must Haves

• One of these options
  • Bachelor degree or
  • Diploma (in business, communications, adult education etc) with 3 additional years experience in the area of training.
• 5 years Experience creating user training materials, technical documentation, and platform support resources.
• 5 years Experience delivering training sessions via web-based interactive technology i.e. TEAMs.
• 5 years Experience working on multiple tasks or initiatives with strict timelines, simultaneously.

Nice To Haves

• 3 years Experience developing and delivering communications and presentations at multiple levels of an organization. (eg. Executive Management, Management, Program Sponsors, Steering Committee, Branch Managers, End Users)
• 3 years Experience developing and delivering training materials including documentation, computer - based training modules and training videos.
