Represent a perspective on key corporate compensation initiatives that align with our Client's compensation philosophy and strategic business goals.
Serve as a consultant to the Company's business units, providing guidance on various compensation matters, including job evaluations, compensation analyses, pay equity studies, and total compensation reviews.
Conduct market analysis and perform research to support compensation decisions and program recommendations to ensure a competitive pay position (internal/external) to attract, motivate and retain top talent.
