Senior Compliance Engineer – Power Electronics & CE Lead

Eaton is seeking a Compliance Subject Matter Expert in Vantaa, Finland, to ensure that UPS and power converter products meet all IEC standards and EU regulations. This role will lead compliance expertise development across the engineering team and guide products from conception to certification.

The ideal candidate will have a Master's or Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering and at least 8 years of related experience, focusing on medium voltage power electronics. Strong communication and mentoring skills are essential.
