You join the Compliance Banking Equity team as a Senior Compliance Officer Advisory / Business Compliance officer. This team ensures the compliance coverage of Advisory & Coverage, Mergers & Acquisitions, Strategic Equity Capital Markets and Special Affairs / Restructuring activities.

On a daily basis, your missions are to:

  • Perform the analysis and monitoring of sensitive operations and ensure the review of operation documentation (NDA, mandates...) ;
  • Assist and advise the trades daily in the implementation of regulatory provisions and internal procedures;
  • In close collaboration with the Global Control Room and the Front Office: Ensure completeness and relevancy of the recording of sensitive transactions in the system for managing conflicts of interest and maintaining insider listsIdentify and manage potential or actual situations of transactional conflicts of interest.
