Key Responsibilities
- Perform detailed quantity take-offs and preliminary pricing for multi-story cast-in-place concrete structures in California.
- Accurately estimate man-hour production rates for various formwork systems, placing, and finishing tasks, leveraging historical data.
- Analyze and interpret project specifications, drawings, and construction documents to prepare precise cost estimates.
- Utilize estimating software, including Excel, WinEst, Cost-OS, Timberline Precision Estimating, PlanSwift, or On-Screen Takeoff (experience with Model-Based Estimating is a plus).
