Senior Construction Contract Manager

KF is seeking a Contract Manager in Abu Dhabi to handle all contractual aspects of projects, ensuring compliance and effective administration. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in Law or Quantity Surveying, and 10 years of experience in contract management within construction. Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating contracts, managing claims and disputes, and coordinating with legal counsel on complex issues. A strong knowledge of FIDIC and UAE contract laws is required, as well as excellent negotiation skills.
