Senior Consultant / Consultant, Transaction and Valuation Advisory Services (Valuation)

Responsibilities:

• Perform reviews of valuations prepared by other valuers as a support to some audit firms and/or clients.
• Assist manager and director to perform business, intangible asset, financial instrument and other types of valuations for transaction, financial and tax reporting purposes.
• Write valuation reports and memos.
• Perform market, industry and financial research, analysis and modeling.
• Participate in some other financial, accounting or investment related projects.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field.
• A professional qualification in Accounting, Finance or Valuation such as CPA, CFA, FRM and CVA. Work-in-progress towards these qualifications will also be considered.
