Senior Counsel, Corporate & Securities – a senior legal role in the General Counsel's Office focusing on continuous disclosure and public company matters for a global content and technology company. Key Responsibilities

Oversee compliance with Canadian, U.S. and global securities and stock exchange requirements, including oversight of filings (SEDI, Sedar, Edgar, TMX Linx, etc.). Draft and coordinate continuous disclosure filings as well as prospectuses and registration statements. Assist with planning and organization of annual shareholder meetings. Assist with earnings releases and other news releases; review investor communications, including presentations and other materials. Prepare board of directors and related committee materials; draft and revise corporate policies and procedures to ensure legal and regulatory compliance.
