Job Description

• Understand client needs and identify the core problem before proposing solutions.

• Lead projects and ensure work aligns with the Creative Director’s vision.
• Apply basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web design to create practical designs.
• Work closely with developers to ensure designs are feasible and functional.
• Maintain consistent brand identity and visual standards.
• Ensure all creative outputs are high quality and portfolio-worthy.
• Suggest new ideas to improve internal processes or services.
• Contribute to pitches and new business opportunities with strong creative input.
