A leading customer operations company in Metro Manila is seeking a Customer Success Coach - Trainer to develop and support the performance of Customer Success Managers. This hybrid role requires the ideal candidate to have experience in coaching, quality assurance, and training delivery. Responsibilities include mentoring CSMs, conducting quality reviews, and providing tailored coaching plans. Candidates with a BPO background are welcome, and training certification is a plus. The position offers a salary of ₱50,000 - ₱70,000 monthly.
