About The Job
The Customer and Market Insights Sr. Specialist supports the Market Research Team in achieving set targets by developing and executing research studies and initiatives that will provide Home Credit with relevant, updated, and organized information on the market, competition, our brand & products, and our customers. This role will champion customer's voice and is expected to be passionate about research and data analysis, with an understanding how the business works and how our products are perceived by customers.
