Job Title: Senior Customer Support Representative

Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated professional to oversee a portfolio of global accounts within a leading aerospace manufacturing environment. Our team works collaboratively to ensure high-quality service, strategic account management, and successful fulfillment of customer needs from order processing through delivery.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships while serving as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.
  • Review and coordinate RFQs/RFPs, negotiate and prepare proposals, and support contract negotiations and customer audits.
