Senior Customer Support Specialist - Hybrid (Onsite/Remote)

TDCX is seeking enthusiastic individuals for a customer service role in Bogotá, Colombia. You will assist customers with issues regarding their orders via chat, phone, and email. Candidates must have advanced English (C1) and exceptional communication abilities.

The position offers a competitive salary of 2,848,000 + 100,000 health allowance and a 15% performance bonus, along with all legal benefits. Initially, you will work on-site for 90 days and then transition to remote work.
