Senior Customer Support Specialist

Ingram Micro is looking for a seasoned individual contributor based in Santiago, Chile, to take initial customer calls, address inquiries about products and services, and provide administrative or technical support. The ideal candidate will work independently under limited supervision and may assist or train lower level employees.

Qualifications include a college degree or equivalent experience with at least 3 years in the functional area, as well as strong problem-solving skills and substantial understanding of the job.
