Senior Data Analyst: AI-Driven Insights & Research Ops

Salt is currently hiring a Senior Data Analyst with experience in R and Survey programming.

Looking for a B2B contractor, who can start immediately and the contract is for 3 months.

• Build and maintain predictive models in R (or similar tools) to support quantitative research and consumer insights.
• Translate research objectives into structured analytical frameworks and statistical workflows.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and reproducibility across studies.

Research Operations & Technical Delivery

• Manage data pipelines, survey integrations, and third‑party research platforms.
• Act as the technical lead for panel providers including PureSpectrum, Cint, and Dynata.
• Troubleshoot issues across data collection, processing, and reporting workflows.
• Support the development of scalable research infrastructure and automation processes.
