Senior Data Analyst / Data Analyst (Sensing & Analytics), OPPD, LRWD

You will support the Ministry’s efforts to drive the adoption of fair and progressive employment practices via more effective sense‑making.

As part of the Sensing & Analytics team, you will extract, interpret and analyse data. You will be asked to develop and refine predictive models, derive insights and identify emerging issues through your analysis to support ops and policy reviews related to workplace practices. You will also be required to write and present well‑structured, logical and objective reports on your findings. This job also involves working closely with stakeholders to understand their processes and requirements to enhance the robustness and usefulness of the sensing data for MOM’s overall ops and policy needs. You will also be required to create dashboards and intel reports for management and ops units’ planning.
