As a Senior Data Analyst, you will join a team to enhance our business through advanced analytics and data-led decisioning. This will enable us to understand what improvements we need to make to our experiences by using data and insight to enable member experiences, operational effectiveness and help deliver overall growth and profitability ambitions.

What will you be doing?
Assisting in the development of advanced analytics capability, data literacy and data-led decisioning in a business Domain team in partnership with Analytics & Insights function
Ensuring RAC remains up to date with analytics advancements and introduce new techniques where they can add value
Contributing to the direction of analytics outcomes to support value creation within a business domain, ensuring solutions are fit for purpose and implementable
