(Senior) Data Engineer

- Administer and manage Big Data Hadoop ecosystem including Hortonworks, Cloudera, and MapR platforms. - Handle cluster setup, maintenance, upgrades, and expansion activities. - Manage secure Hadoop environments using Kerberos, Knox, Ranger, KMS, and SSL configurations. - Monitor and optimize HDFS storage and YARN resource utilization. - Perform Linux system administration and support Big Data infrastructure. - Troubleshoot Hadoop ecosystem issues by analyzing logs and identifying root causes. - Support high availability setup and performance tuning of Hadoop services. - Work on data ingestion tools like Sqoop, DistCp, and related pipelines. - Manage stakeholder communication and coordinate with vendors for issue resolution. - Support Big Data services like Hive, HBase, Kafka, and Spark environments.
