Senior Data Scientist II (AI, Data & Software Systems)

Job Description
A client in the Raleigh area is seeking an experienced Data Scientist (AI, Data & Software Systems) to join a production support engineering team responsible for the reliability, stability, and performance of AI‑driven and agentic systems operating at scale. This role focuses on supporting production AI services, responding to incidents, improving system resilience, and ensuring AI/LLM workflows run reliably in a regulated, enterprise environment. You will work heavily in Python, support AI/agent deployments in AWS, and partner closely with platform, SRE, and DevOps teams to maintain highly available systems through strong CI/CD and operational practices.
