Opportunity Description
- Lead and coordinate the preparation review and approval of precast shop drawings, production drawings and erection drawings.
- Ensure all designs are aligned with project specifications, codes and contractual requirements.
- Coordinate with consultants, architects, structural engineers and MEP teams to resolve design discrepancies.
- Monitor and control design deliverables to ensure timely submission and approval.
- Track design changes, variations and ensure proper documentation.
- Liaise with project managers, production and site teams for smooth project execution.
- Provide technical input during tendering, estimation and planning stages.
- Support production and erection teams with solutions for technical challenges.
- Ensure constructability and cost‑effectiveness of precast design solutions.
- Ensure compliance with local authority regulations, international standards and company QA/QC procedures.
