Opportunity Description
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop AI‑driven backend services, including APIs, agentic AI solutions, and retrieval components. Implement LLM-powered RAG solutions using Azure AI Search and Azure OpenAI. Build and maintain document indexing pipelines across SharePoint, file systems, databases, and internal systems. Collaborate with cross-functional, cross-cultural teams distributed across the globe. Participate in code reviews and testing of developed solutions. Stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies in AI engineering. Act as a mentor to team members by providing guidance, sharing knowledge, and fostering a collaborative and supportive learning environment. Required Skills & Qualifications :
