Responsibilities

• Help keep IAM services stable across HR systems, the Shared Data Hub (SDH), Microsoft Entra ID, and Smart Connect (Staffbase).
• Support user provisioning and identity lifecycle processes (onboarding, changes, offboarding) based on established data flows.
• Focus on monitoring and operational analysis, observing, troubleshooting, and analyzing IAM behavior in Staffbase, Entra ID, and SDH to detect issues early.
• Support API-based IAM integrations (REST/SCIM) by analyzing identity data flows and ensuring interfaces run reliably.
