Insight Global is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer based in Richmond, Virginia, to serve as a technical leader supporting scalable, secure cloud and hybrid infrastructure environments. This role is responsible for designing, building, and maintaining automation, Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and configuration management solutions while supporting application architecture, system performance, monitoring, security, and release processes. The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of hands-on DevOps experience, strong scripting and cloud expertise, and a solid foundation in security, networking, and system architecture. This individual will collaborate closely with development, operations, security, and infrastructure teams, mentor DevOps engineers, contribute to continuous process improvements, and provide Tier 3 operational support, including participating in on-call rotations for mission-critical systems in a fast-paced environment.
