Senior Digital Customer Analytics Analyst (Remote)

This position can be remote; however, if you reside near our offices in Menomonee Falls, WI, or New York City, NY, we request that you work onsite from Monday through Thursday, with the option to work remotely on Fridays.


About the Role

As Senior Digital Customer Analytics Analyst, you will identify and communicate business insights by analyzing digital customer funnel and performance data. You will identify business questions, extract data through relational databases or cloud platforms, analyze and interpret the data and develop insights into stories to assist with business-critical decisions.


What You’ll Do
+ Perform advanced ad hoc analysis for customer, program, offer and channel performance, consulting with leadership on required Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
