Lead the AI Engineering team at SurveyMonkey as the Senior Director, shaping the future of AI in customer feedback with a strategic remote role.
In this pivotal position, reporting to the VP of Engineering, you will define and align AI strategy with product objectives. Your responsibilities include guiding the Machine Learning and Data Science teams while ensuring innovative AI solutions are developed and deployed effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the alignment of AI strategy and product development
• Create and implement end-to-end AI/ML systems
• Mentor and grow the ML and data science teams
• Provide AI thought leadership within SurveyMonkey
Requirements:
• Broad experience with end-to-end AI/ML systems
• Strong ability to convert business goals into technical solutions
• Demonstrated collaboration across product and engineering teams
• Experience working with large-scale AI deployments
