Key responsibilities and tasks
Social Strategy & Growth Leadership
Own organic social strategies that map to business goals (reputation, credibility, community growth, engagement quality, and support for demand).
Build channel plans (primarily LinkedIn, with additional platforms as needed): content pillars, editorial calendars, and publishing cadences.
Lead a disciplined test-and-learn program (hypothesis → experiment → readout → iteration) to improve performance over time.
Stay current on platform changes and social algorithms, translating shifts into practical guidance for content, cadence, and format choices.
Content & Creative Partnership (Player/Coach)
Partner with creative teams (copy, design, video) to develop social-first concepts and platform-native storytelling.
Provide strong quality control and feedback loops to elevate craft and performance.
