(Senior) Director | Public Affairs

About the Role

FTI Consulting Madrid is seeking a Director/Senior Director to join its EU Public Affairs team. The ideal candidate will have extensive public affairs experience and a deep understanding of EU regulatory initiatives and policy developments, ideally across TMT, Financial Services, and/or the broader geopolitical landscape.

What You’ll Do

• Client delivery: Provide strategic advice to a portfolio of clients, manage accounts on a day‑to‑day basis, build strong relationships, and creatively design and deliver impactful campaigns.
• Business development: Proactively identify new business opportunities and collaborate with colleagues on pitch preparation and delivery.
• Team leadership: Provide project line management for team members working on your accounts, share knowledge, and mentor junior colleagues to support their growth.
