Senior EA & Business Development Associate

This is not a traditional Executive Assistant role. As a strong Senior EA & Business Development Associate you will act as a trusted extension of Marisa Peer and John Davy—ensuring they remain organised, protected and able to operate at speed while also supporting growth initiatives, partnerships, events, and commercial opportunities.

Alongside executive support responsibilities you will help coordinate high‑level relationships across Dubai business communities, PR networks, government organisations, media opportunities, and licensing conversations. This is a hands‑on, fast‑paced role for someone commercially aware, highly organised, socially confident, and energised by proximity to founders building at scale.
