Senior ECP Copper Process Engineer – Thin Film

The GMP Group is seeking a Senior Thin Film Process Engineer in Singapore. You will develop and optimize ECP Cu reinforcement processes and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related fields, with at least 5 years of hands-on experience in a semiconductor fab environment. Strong problem-solving and communication skills are essential for this role.
