Opportunity Description
Senior Electrical & Motion Control Manager
- Lead and manage Motion Control, Electrical Hardware, and Electrical Design teams, providing both people and technical leadership.
- Define overall technical direction for motion control systems and electrical hardware architecture for semiconductor equipment.
- Guide motion control modelling, control algorithms, and system analysis for high-speed, high-precision applications.
- Oversee electrical schematic design, power electronics, motor drivers, and control boards.
- Support new product development from concept, design, prototype, Alpha/Beta testing through product release.
- Ensure designs meet performance, reliability, cost, and schedule targets.
- Establish and maintain design guidelines, standards, and best practices.
- Review and approve key technical designs and resolve complex technical issues.
