Qualifications & Experience

• Required educational background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering;
  specialization in solarpower preferred.
• 7-10 years of experience within a solar Independent Power Producer (IPP) or Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) company, in a role involving extensive design planning, engineering, and reviews.
• Previous experience in tasks such as manhour estimation, quality control plan preparation, procedure development, deliverable packaging, and communication matrix management.
• Proficiency in fluent English communication, both written and verbal, with stakeholders from India and Western countries.
• Hold a Professional Engineer (PE) license - USA
