🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Perform retrievals and conventional insemination procedures

• Handle dish preparation and fertilization culture preparation

• Perform semen analysis and sperm preparation for IUI & ICSI

• Independently manage ICSI and IVF cases

• Perform oocyte searching, grading, denudation, and embryo grading

• Monitor embryo development and blastocyst culture

• Handle embryo transfer preparation and assist in embryo transfer procedures
