Opportunity Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Transition new SiC products and processes from prototype stages to full-scale manufacturing
  • Improve the stability of existing processes by minimizing defects and enhancing yield and reliability for qualification
  • Develop alternative processing methods to expand process capabilities and improve manufacturability
  • Create and manage trend and control charts to identify and address deviations in processes
  • Set up production equipment and offer guidance to production operators when technical support is needed
  • Collaborate with the process engineering team to design and execute DOE (Design of Experiments) studies
  • Maintain responsibility for daily process operations, equipment troubleshooting, and mentoring technicians
  • Oversee the release of documentation for assigned tasks and provide technical support to stakeholders in SiC technologies
