Senior Engineer I-Process

Responsibilities

• Knowledgeable in QFN package.
• Experience with Die Attach AD832i and AD8312 Plus.
• Knowledgeable in DOE, SPC, engineering tools, FMEA and control plan.
• Experience with Wirebond ASM Twin Aero.
• Experience with Plasma process.
• Experience with line sustaining.
• Strong engineering analysis and decision making.
• Good communication skills and team player.
• Background in material science and reliability is an advantage.
• Preference for project management experience.

Requirements / Qualifications

• Graduate of any engineering course.
• Minimum 5‑year experience in related field.
• Good communication skills and team player.
