Senior Engineer New Product Introduction

We are seeking a Senior Engineer, NPI to serve as the Product and Package Project Owner for our Backend (BE) operations in Singapore. In this role, you will bridge the gap between product development and mass production, guiding new products from early milestones through to final release. You will be responsible for ensuring on-time delivery to customers, optimizing early ramp capabilities, and driving yield and efficiency targets during the Safe Launch and early production phases.

Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role:

• Taking the role of Product and Package project owner in BE Singapore to interact with various stakeholders during project early milestone until final release (M8/A9/M9.5) to fulfil both timelines committed to customer, as well the capability of early ramp at BE final test
