Senior Engineer - NOC (Construction)

Job Description

The Senior NOC Engineer will manage all NOC, permit, and authority coordination activities for Dubai Municipality (DM) infrastructure projects, ensuring full compliance with DM standards and other UAE regulatory authorities. The role supports the successful planning, execution, and delivery of roads, utilities, and associated infrastructure works through effective authority liaison and technical coordination.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison with Dubai Municipality (DM) and other relevant authorities including RTA, DEWA , and service providers.
• Prepare, submit, track, and secure NOCs, permits, and approvals through DM and authority online portals.
• Obtain approvals for utility diversions, NDRC works, stormwater, sewerage lines, asphalt cutting permits, and traffic diversion plans .
