Senior Engineering Manager

Drive Lean Manufacturing practices, support new product introductions, and ensure compliance with automotive quality standards. Manage budgets, lead cross-functional teams, and provide technical expertise in automation, tooling, and process control, while ensuring that projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
