Senior Engineering Technician

• Technicians with an NTC qualification in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, with at least five (5) years of relevant experience.
• He/She shall assist the Building Manager or Engineer in overseeing and managing the Operations, Maintenance, Repairs, and Minor Works of Mechanical and Electrical Services, building systems, and other facilities at the job site.
• He/She shall assist in overseeing and managing nominated contractors/sub‑contractors and contractors appointed by the client.
• He/She must have attained the WSQ Working at Height (Worker Level) certification.
• He/She must possess the ability to carry out building, mechanical, electrical, and other facilities works within the Institute, including maintenance works, troubleshooting, and carrying out shifting or setup works as and when required by the client.
