Act as equipment owner for a defined set of CMP tools

Monitor OEE and uptime, define and drive actions to improve them.

Analyze equipment alarms, and chronic issues; implement robust corrective and preventive actions.

Define and optimize PM (Preventive Maintenance) plans and spare parts strategy.

Support technicians in complex troubleshooting: mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, vacuum, robotics and software.

Escalate and coordinate with equipment vendors (remote and on-site) for advanced technical support.

Participate in specification, selection, installation and qualification of new CMP tools.
