Opportunity Description
The Equipment Engineer will work in the Class 100 semiconductor facility overseeing the maintenance of lab facilities and machines.
+ Responsible for managing all equipment used in wafer fabrication and characterization. Including multiple process tools such as: high-vacuum deposition systems, plasma-enhanced deposition and etch systems, anneal ovens/furnaces, photo tracks and aligners/steppers, and various inspection/measurement tools.
+ Performing scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, preventative maintenance, repairs and troubleshooting of software and hardware issues on all process and characterization equipment.
+ Assist with the definition, selection and installation of new equipment. Perform ongoing assessment of equipment to enhance process capabilities and maintain processes, equipment hardware and to improve equipment up time.
