Overview:
You will perform accurate, competitive, and well‑coordinated project proposals across a wide range of construction projects. In this role, you will prepare detailed quantity takeoffs, analyze drawings and specifications, develop cost estimates, and collaborate closely with project managers, preconstruction teams, and trade partners to ensure the accuracy and completeness of all bids.

• Scope Analysis & Construction Knowledge
• Bid Execution & Subcontractor Coordination
• Budgeting, Cost Development & Value Engineering
• Interpreting Drawings & Specifications
• Technology & Software Proficiency
