OVERVIEW:
- Responsible for leading the estimating efforts for projects within the assigned office, including complex conceptual, negotiated, and hard-bid estimates. This role partners closely with project managers, internal support teams, and clients to drive estimating strategy, manage risk, and deliver accurate, competitive, and comprehensive cost estimates
