THE ROLE

Interface closely with the National Estimating Manager and Estimating Leads, and oversee accurate bid preparation, presentation and follow-up for all Duratec and DDR tenders across the NSW and East Coast area. You will ensure the delivery of the detailed cost estimate and coordinate all tendering activities. 

• Recognise the need to obtain additional information or seek clarification through RFI’s to the Client to ensure a complete set of tender documents
• Prepare and develop accurate cost estimates by overseeing Estimating Assistants or directly carrying out detailed and accurate material quantity take-offs to develop bills of quantities derived from site measurements
  Full-time Business Operations Specialists
