Opportunity Description
**Description**
The Senior Estimator will be responsible for performing or leading Class 1,2, 3, 4 and 5 estimates, leading and developing EPC bids and bid check estimates for Transmission & Distribution projects. This position will develop accurate bottoms up estimates in a credible and professional manner while minimizing risk to the company.
+ Lead or support EPC bids and bid check estimates.
+ Develop factored and bottoms up Class 5, 4 and 3 (pre-feasibility, feasibility and budget authorization) estimates for transmission and distribution projects (lines and stations).
+ Lead estimating strategy and implementation efforts.
+ Develop estimate schedules to manage workload and ensure timely completion of estimates.
+ Review RFP and engineering documents for gaps and overlaps in scope of work.
+ Responsible for detailed documentation of quantity take-offs and constructability analysis.
