What the role is:

We are looking for an individual to provide administrative and operational support to the Estate and Land Use across a range of land management, facilities and records management functions. This role involves supporting day-to-day coordination and administrative activities to ensure the smooth management of land use matters, tenancy-related processes and project documentation.

What you will be working on:

• Collate and maintain utilities-related data, verify, and compile waste tonnage records.
• Track bankers’ guarantees, insurance policies and annual declaration for leased-in and leased-out sites.
• Maintain proper electronic filing of land use consultations, proposals and project records.
• Perform agency administrator duties for a Whole-of-Government data collaboration platform.
• Provide administrative support for estate and land use-related operations and coordination activities.
