Senior Executive, Leasing

Job Responsibilities:
Identify potential location for opening of new outlets Conduct feasibility study & research on potential location Recommend potential outlets to internal stakeholders Ensure current leases are negotiated and executed on time and within budget Work closely with internal stakeholders, project team and finance team. Maintain good relationships with stakeholders and landlords.
Job Requirements:
Experience in the F&B or Retail industry would be a strong advantage. Minimum of 2 years of experience in the real estate industry handling sale, leasing and/or marketing of commercial properties/ shops/ outlets. Good knowledge of local real estate legislation and regulations Extensive network of commercial properties that are available for lease and/or sale Well versed in market trends and practices in the commercial industry Excellent communication , presentation and negotiation skills Knowledge in building M&E matters would be an advantage.
