What the role is
The incumbent will implement comprehensive training frameworks, capability development programmes and learning initiatives that enhance the skills and competencies of ActiveSG staff across HQ and Operations, while managing digital learning transformations and stakeholder partnerships to ensure effective learning outcomes that support organisational growth and excellence.

- Develop and implement comprehensive training frameworks across ActiveSG HQ and Operations.
- Execute training initiatives balancing operational and learning needs.
- Manage Train‑the‑Trainer framework programmes through structured development pathways and assessment methodologies.
