What the role is
Provide general administrative support for the Nanyang Polytechnic School of IT.
What you will be working on- Provide general administrative support for the School of IT.
- Facilitate staff training nominations and course registrations.
- Manage / Facilitate CET courses end-to-end, including course marketing, participant recruitment, administration, and course completion.
- Handle CET operations across organisational and government systems, including STEP, TP Gateway, TRAQOM, and MySkillsFuture Portal.
- Coordinate and arrange refreshments for courses and events for School of IT.
- Perform GeBIZ e-Catalogue buy purchases.
- Perform Goods Receipting for purchases in Workday and process payment documents.
- Assist with student withdrawals and absence matters.
- Administer Financial Assistance Schemes for overseas study trips.
