Senior Executive, Risk & Governance

You’ll be at the forefront of our risk and governance framework — working across departments and subsidiaries to protect our business value and ensure we stay prepared, compliant and future-ready.

Your core focus areas include:

• Organize half-yearly ERM workshops with GSC departments & subsidiaries
• Identify emerging risks & incidents and elevate to Management
• Monitor risk mitigation plans and compile regular ERM reports for internal and group-level stakeholders

Crisis & Business Continuity Management (CSM/BCM)

• Assist in rolling out BCM programs across the GSC Group
• Compile & update Business Impact Analysis from key units
• Coordinate BCP simulations and crisis readiness

Occupational Safety & Health (OSHA)

• Support OSHA committee meetings and training rollouts
• Help ensure our HQ complies with Malaysian OSHA regulations
