Identify new customers and biz
Attend customer complaints/queries
Monitor /report on competitors activities
product presentations
Send quote/ follow-up.
product knowledge
Liaison with accounts dept
Handle foreign Principals
Prep sales reports.

Good command over English

Knowledge of merchandising tech
M.S Office
Familiarity with multiple languages
